So you have finally decided to give this online dating thing a try (or a second try) so how do you get started. Well if you believe 90% of the Hype (crap) out there you will go sign up at some over priced dating site filled with fake profiles, average looking women looking for their dream guy or a few hot girls desensitized and bombarded by e-mail from pathetic men to the point of not even signing in to check any more.

I’m going to suggest to you a very different approach. This method has worked very well for me and now I am going to share it with you step by step. This gives you an overview of exactly what you must do to successfully meet women online.

1. Go to right places online to meet women. These are not dating sites but social networking sites like Myspace.com, Facebook.com, Bebo.com and Hi5.com. There are many others but those are the biggest and the ones I suggest that you concentrate on especially Myspace.com

2. Build a quality profile that women will find attractive. Right now you’re thinking “Ok but how do I do that, because I am already on Myspace and I am not getting laid!” I am glad you asked that. Very simply a profile that is attractive to women conveys through it’s text and images that you have all or many of the qualities that women find attractive in men. A few of these qualities include, confidence, abilities, social proof, humor, success and sexual value.

3. Grow your friends list. This will give you some social proof and also the more people’s friends list you are on, the more women will see you and visit your page and if you have done your profile correctly women will contact you first.

4. Contact women. This one is often the hardest part for most men. Some women will not respond no matter what you say to them. Some women will only talk to men they know offline. Fortunately some women will respond if you say the right thing and have a solid profile that makes you look attractive. If they contact you first which is always the best situation then just follow step 5 below.

5. Continue the conversation. Once she responds you simply continue talking to her and the best way to do this is to talk to her about things she is interested in. You should be able see what her interests are on her page. Or you can ask her questions about her pictures, her pets if they are in any of the pics etc…

SIDE NOTE: You will run into women that have nothing on their page but pics and these women usually look like 9’s or 10s physically. These most often are either fake profiles or extremely dumb and shallow women that have the I.Q. of applesauce. I recommend just moving on. I mean really a woman that can’t even express themselves or take the time to write about themselves is generally too busy to talk to anyone, have A.D.D. and are extremely flaky shallow and only impressed by players spitting game, drugs, fame and money. While it is possible to hook with those girls WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU WANT TO! They are nothing but a headache, they are a total mess and personally have been the worst sex I have ever had! They all think they are God’s gift to men and that you are lucky to be with them. The only thing special about these kind of women is that they should be wearing a helmet! On the other side there are very hot women (8’s, 9’s & 10’s) that are also smart and beautiful. You can usually identify them not by just their pictures which will tend to be more tasteful yet still often times revealing but more importantly by the quality of the text on their page and in their blogs. Ok ok I go on rants once in a while, deal with it.

6. Meet her in person. After you have built up enough rapport which can happen in 30 minutes to several weeks of talking (Every woman is different. But I will tell you most of the time the longer you talk online before you meet the faster you will have sex in person. Because you are actually dating virtually but without the normal cost involved.)

7. Bring her back to your place. IF you have done all of the steps above correctly this step is almost effortless and automatic. Sex at this point is 99% guaranteed. So just go with it and act with confidence in your actions and make the move.

If you read my last two articles you will know why I think that adult sex sites and dating sites are some of the worst places to meet women online. Now I want to tell you where the best places to meet women online are.

Bar none the best place to meet women on line are social networking websites. But why are social networking sites better than sex or dating websites you might ask. There are actually several reasons why they are better.

• Women on these sites are not on these sites to meet men (or at least they tell you they are not so they don’t feel desperate.) Because it is a social networking site it does not carry with it the stigma of a dating site, making you or the women on it feel like you can’t meet someone offline or cut it in the real world and you had to resort to online dating which is something many attractive women’s egos just can’t handle. Which is just really a lot of crap. Online dating is the wave of the future and will someday be the preferred way for people to meet each other. How ever today in 2007, if you ask most of the attractive women on these sites they will tell you they are there just to keep in contact with their friends or for networking. But regardless they hook up with people they meet from these sites no matter what they say.

• Because of the above reason there are many more very attractive women on social networking sites than on dating sites. In fact dating sites pale in comparison. You will not find the selection of hot young women on any dating site that you will find on social networking sites.

• Women on social networking sites will contact you first if you know how to set up you profile and get their attention.

• The dynamics of a social networking site are completely different from a dating site and work in your favor as opposed to a dating site where the dynamics actually work against you. (For more info on this see my last article)

• They are free! No cost…That right off the bat makes them a better value than any site that you have to pay $20 to $40 dollars a month for.

The Top Social Networking Sites to Meet Women On
I want to give you a short list of the Top 3 Social Networking sites to meet women on so you can stop wasting you money on dating sites.

Myspace: This is the King of all social networking websites with over 190,000,000 users world wide. I have had most of my online dating success on this site.

Facebook: Started as a college site and now is open to everyone with over 34,000,000 users.

Bebo: For the College Crowd, with over 34,000,000 users.

These can be a goldmine and provide you with access to a ton of attractive women, that may become friends, lovers, or you may even find the woman of your dreams if you go about it the right way. If you read part one you will know that I feel the worst places to meet women online are adult dating/sex sites. Right above them being the second worst places to meet women online are traditional dating sites. Yes that’s right the 2nd worst place I have found to meet women online are traditional dating sites.

I have tried several Match.com, Yahoo Personals, American Singles. I did not have much success on any of those and I’ll tell you why.

Why Dating Sites Suck:

They cost money. That’s right why do I want to spend the money to meet women online when I can do it for free? Especially when the place that is charging is not the best place to meet women online.

There are not that many attractive women on them. The women on dating sites tend not to be as attractive. They are older, heavier and not all that hot for the most part. Sure there are some cute girls on there and half of them are fake profiles set up by marketers and you want me to pay for that? I have yet to see any woman on an Eharmony commercial that I would ever want to date.

Many of the women on these sites are the walking wounded. They have been hurt and are looking for the man of their dreams. Too much hassle and too much baggage to deal with.

Just being on a dating site makes you less attractive. When a woman sees you on a dating site you are already less attractive to her just because you are on a dating site ( even though she is also on there too, you can’t reason with the part of a woman that makes her attracted to you.) The reason for this is that women like men that are not looking for sex or a relationship for the most part. The fact you are in there looking in the first place works against you it turns her off on a subconscious level and even on a conscious level she is thinking if he is so great why is he on here?

She is being bombarded by other men’s e-mails. Men out number women on dating sites and it’s even worse if she is attractive. Her mailbox is full and it might take a while for her to get back to you

Too Censored & Restrictive. On dating sites they censor everything way to much, you can’t be yourself. You can’t use expletives such as “Fuck”, “Shit”, “Cock”, “Bitch”, “Pussy” etc… That’s fine if you don’t use that language, but if you do like I do it limits your freedom of expression. You can’t post blogs that show your personality. You are limited to filling out their little survey and being a nice guy, you can’t be edgy or cool.

Remember women like bad boys, NOT nice guys (no matter what they say) and dating sites force you to present an image of a nice guy and it works against you.

This is the number one reason why I have never had good success on a dating site. Women contact me all day long and tell me how much they like my profile, my blog, my pics. All of which would not be allowed on a dating site.

For example my main profile picture that I previously used (which got me laid many times) was rejected by every dating site I tried. So I said screw this I am done with dating sites I’ll stay with what is FREE and works for me. So the second worse place to meet women online is on dating sites!

Now if you are in your 40’s 50’s and looking to meet a women not based on looks like the people on the Eharmony commercials you might have some success on traditional dating sites, but if your in the 18 – 35 range I would say don’t make them your main focus or stay away all together as there are much better places online to meet women which I will tell you about in my next blog entry.

While advertisers and affiliate marketers would like for you to believe that the best place to meet women online is adult dating sites. It has been my personal experience that they are not the best place online to meet women. More correctly for me personally they have been the worst place to meet women.

Now I could tell you that adult dating sites are the best place to meet women and put up an affiliate link and send you there and make a nice chunk of change. But then I doubt you would ever listen to anything else I say again, because it’s just not true.

I asked 3 different adult dating sites to give me a free evaluation pass to try it for a month, because if it was good site and I actually met some women I would love to recommend it to my readers. Not one of those 3 sites would give me a free pass so I could review their site for my readers. That tells me something right there. But I forked over the money myself anyway and I got zip, nada, zilch!

I have tried adult dating sites 2 different times over the last few years. I became a full member paying up to $35 a month had almost no response to my e-mails, or my profile on one site. Now I would say that maybe the women just weren’t attracted to me except that at the same time I was also getting e-mails from women on other sites that I consistently do well on that were free!

The other adult site that I tried I started to get responses right away from women seeming very interested before I even had a picture up. Which just does not happen! That was a red flag to me telling me something was fishy. Of course I could only read the e-mails if I joined and became a paid full member. Now I am not saying that the site was a scam as those could have been fake profiles or marketers contacting me but in any case real women rarely do that and I was not about to pay another $35 to find out who it was.

To be fair I am willing to evaluate any site and give it a fair shot and if proves worthy I’ll be happy to send them customers. But I will NOT recommend a site that I experience to be a rip off no matter how much money I can make. There maybe be some good adult dating sites out there for men to meet women on but as of this writing I have NOT found one. (If you own or work for a site and want me to review it please contact me)

The problem with these adult dating sites is that they sell it like you just log in and women are waiting to have sex. It’s NOT like that. It no different that any other dating site in that you still have to be attractive to women know how to get her to respond to you and create a connection and rapport.

The truth about these sites is that the men out number the men by a huge margin, the men for the most part are men that have absolutely no social skills what so ever, and contact every women within a 50 mile radius and post up pictures of their Penises as their main pics, which all but a very small percentage of women find a huge turn off. This crap overloads the women’s mailboxes and desensitizes the women to the point of not wanting to write back to anyone or even deal with the site, which is why a lot of the women listed on these sites have not logged in months. You have to also understand that many of the women on these sites signed up as a gag with their girlfriends or when horny one night after a couple of drinks and then changed their mind the next day after they had a reality check.

(Don’t forget that hot young women men all of the time in real life and don’t need to go to a dating site for sex. Men approach them all day long everyday! Some may go to a dating site when they want more than sex but for sex most would just go to a club, unless they are into something like BDSM or something that is hard to find in person.)

Most of the hot young women on these sites are either fake profiles put up by people trying to get you to join other sites (this is no fault of the site and these profiles are on all sites these days even the ones I do well on) or girls that are looking for other girls to hook up with.

The women I found in the chat rooms are that will actually talk to you are women that are older, and BBWs (Big Beautiful Women = Fat chicks)

If you are into older women or BBWs or just looking for anything with a hole in it, I am sure you might do ok on these kinds of sites.

But if you are like me and like thin attractive young women this is the worst place to meet women online and it’s not worth your time, effort or money as there are much better places for you to meet women online.

If you are gay or bisexual you might also hook up. I am not either so I personally have no experience in that area on adult sites and can’t offer an opinion on that.

On the other hand if you are a horny woman you can find a guy on there very easily. If you are a woman looking for another woman, a couple looking for a man, a couple looking for a woman, adult dating sites might actually be a good place to meet people for you.

But for now I am going to stay way from these types of site and concentrate on sites that give me a much greater ROI (return on investment.)

Online dating is fast becoming the preferred avenue for meeting new women for many men, as it takes the fear of rejection, the time & cost of going out, and the problem of finding attractive women near you all out of the loop.

But while some men are having great success in meeting or picking up women online others have almost no success at all!

After over 4 years in the online dating arena and going from women ignoring my e-mails to where I have now dated and hooked up with many women that I have met online and I now have women contacting me (on a daily basis) that want to get to know me better. I want to share with you some of the biggest mistakes men when trying to meet & date women online.

1. Looking in the wrong places. Some sites are absolute crap and total rip offs. The site makes all of the difference in the world. I did terrible on traditional dating sites and even worse on adult (sex) dating sites. So I looked for new places and found my ideal niche for dating success. For me Myspace is King and while I have had success on other sites I think it the best place to meet women online.

2. Having a lame profile. A lot of men put very little or almost no effort into their profile. There is almost no text telling about themselves, nothing of any interest at all. This makes them look boring and unattractive, unless you look like Brad Pitt or just happen to be her physical type.

3. Bad pictures or the wrong type of pictures. You must have good pictures, and picture that make you look attractive. Now this does not mean that you use fakes, or old pictures that don’t look like you do now. I have seen some guys that put up a picture of them 20 years ago then you click on their pictures and they look 20 years older and 30 lbs fatter what a joke! Be honest with who you are and be confident, there are women that like older men and women that like fat men, beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder. Just good clear picture that make you look the best you can.

4. Saying the wrong things in their opening e-mail. I have had women friends forward to me e-mails that guys have sent me and I’ll tell you must guys are either pathetic and pine over the woman kissing her ass or are total jackasses and make crude sexual advances. Neither of those approaches will work.

5. Emailing her too many times or too often. Even if you first response it positive that does not mean you should email her several times that day unless you are involved in a conversation. And e-mailing her if see she has read your message to find out why she never got back to you is a big no-no.

6. Trying to rush things and get instant results by trying to meet her too soon. There are times you can meet her right away and times that trying to will kill your chances with her. You have to learn when these times are and act accordingly and then set the tone for the meeting. But generally the more time you spend talking online the quicker you will hook up with her in person.

7. Treating all women the same. There are different types of women, and they respond to different approaches. You must learn what type goes with what approach. I have hooked up with very sexual women and very conservative women each required a different approach.

8. Blowing it in person. When I first started meeting women online the first meeting often felt awkward. Sometimes I would try to hard, or blow it with something I said or did, or it just didn’t go anywhere. All of these problems are the result of meeting too soon, before enough rapport or attraction is established. Once you have built rapport and attraction meeting in person is a breeze and almost always leads to hooking up.

9. Not sticking to it long enough. Many men try online dating and when they don’t have instant result or it does not work right away they give up. They try only one approach, one kind of site or one version of profile text, or one kind of look and then give up if they don’t get instant results. Sometimes you have to try different things, new pictures, new text, different sites, different types of women etc..

10. Falling for Fakes & Scams. There are a lot of fake profiles, fake girls and scams you have to watch out for. The most common is when a girl e-mails you but tell you to contact her on another site. On free sites like Myspace and Hot or Not, there is absolutely no reason for her to do this because you are already on a free site. The person sending you this is 90% of the time a man that gets paid for every person that signs up at the other site. Maybe 10% of the time it’s woman but she is also doing it for the commission as well and has no interest in meeting you at all. Tell these people that you’re not that dumb and report there account for abuse, then delete them. There are other scams and cons as well but I’ll save that for another time.
